Isabella Cometti is the newly elected Advocacy Chair of the UNA‑USA Mid‑Hudson Valley Chapter. She is a senior at Marist University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Studies, along with a Paralegal Certificate, graduating in May 2026. Isabella brings strong experience in advocacy, public service, and international affairs. She previously served as a Constituent Advocate and District Intern in the Office of Congressman Patrick Ryan, where she managed constituent casework, liaised with federal agencies, and represented the office at community events. Her background also includes international political experience with the Mitcham & Morden Labour Party in London and data analysis work at the Marist Institute for Public Opinion. An active student leader, Isabella is Treasurer of Marist Model United Nations and has represented multiple countries at national NMUN conferences, negotiating on issues such as nuclear disarmament and women’s rights. She is passionate about civic engagement, democratic governance, and effective advocacy.
